A delicious chocolate classic. The peanuts, originating from U.S.A, are roasted by us in our workshop in Tilburg to bring out the best peanut flavor.
Then the peanuts are coated with Sao Palme the 36% milk chocolate from Felchlin originating from Ghana. Finished with a little Himalayan salt.
The Cru de Rocher Milk 36% (peanut brittle) are packed in a luxurious resealable packaging. On the packaging you will find a QR code of Fair Direct Cacao. This label from Felchlin guarantees that the cocoa beans for our chocolate are purchased directly from the source and a fair price is paid.
