Grand Cru Bonbons

tep into the world of premium chocolate and discover our exclusive handmade Grand Cru chocolates made with only the finest ingredients.

Grand Cru, a term we also encounter in the wine world, literally means "great crop. This distinction also applies to cocoa beans and indicates that the cocoa beans are of superior quality and come from a single cocoa plantation.

Our Grand Cru chocolates are filled with a ganache or gianduja that perfectly matches the flavors of the particular Grand Cru chocolate. A ganache is a creamy chocolate cream enriched, for example, with a fruity puree. A gianduja has a somewhat firmer structure and is made of a combination of nuts and chocolate.

Below you can read which different flavors of Grand Cru Bonbons we have. Taste it yourself and experience our chocolate experience!
