In our chocolaterie in Tilburg we have a wide range of chocolate truffles, but a vegan variant was missing for a long time. After much experimentation, we have developed a chocolate truffle with a passion fruit ganache that is completely vegan.
The shell of this vegan chocolate truffle is made of dark chocolate and filled with a ganache of vegan white chocolate and passion fruit. Finally, the chocolate truffles are rolled through dark chocolate for a nice finishing touch.
The bite of the dark chocolate combined with the freshly sweet passion fruit ganache gives a true taste sensation. This luxury vegan chocolate truffle fits perfectly into a plant-based diet, but will also capture the hearts of non-vegans because of its deliciously fresh taste!
