Piccolo Riesling Sekt Brut 

Piccolo sparkling wine, or "Riesling Sekt," comes from the German wine region of Palatinate. We purchased the wines in our range ourselves from the Faubel winery located in Maikammer. Thus also this piccolo. The Palatinate wine region is the second largest wine region in Germany and is known for the Riesling grape, among other things.

This piccolo Riesling Sekt Brut is made from 100% Riesling grapes according to the "Charmat Method." Or tank method. This means that the Sekt receives the second fermentation not in the bottle, but in a sealed steel tank. This is a somewhat faster method than the "Methode Traditionelle" from the Champagne region. 
 
Taste profile and drinking temperature Piccolo Riesling Sekt Brut 

The Piccolo Riesling Sekt Brut is a light sparkling wine. This Sekt is characterized by aromas of apples, pears and peach. The Sekt is best served at a temperature between 5-7 °C.

Until this date, the quality of the product is good. To keep the quality optimal, we advise you to keep the product cool. 

This means it is best to keep the product cool, dark and dry at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C.
