Young and old are always happily surprised with this festive gift. The chocolate letter is made of pure Sao Palme chocolate 60% and finished with roasted almonds and homemade decoration.
Cocoa region Ghana
The chocolate we use for this chocolate letter in our chocolate shop in Tilburg is the pure chocolate Sao Palme (60%) from an island off the coast of Ghana, São Tomé. Also called the chocolate island. The gentle and traditional roasting process releases the original and intense aromas of the cocoa bean. When tasting this unique chocolate, one experiences an interaction between an intense, balanced cocoa flavor and a "Ristretto" coffee, with a touch of sweet plums and grapefruit.
Vegan Chocolate Letter
Our dark chocolate is always vegan because it contains no milk. But the decorations on this chocolate letter are not vegan by default. Would you like a dark chocolate letter that is completely vegan? Then choose "vegan" at the top right.
