Not bull-sweet, but a full, creamy white chocolate. That's our white chocolate bar Grand Cru Opus Blanc 35% in a nutshell. The chocolate contains a combination of virgin organic cocoa butter from Grand Cru chocolate Dominicana Blanc 36% and Swiss milk powder. Working closely with UNESCO Biosphere Entlebuch, Felchlin was able to secure high quality milk powder. The milk powder is made from the milk of light brown Swiss cows with the familiar bell around their necks. In summer, they graze on pastures blooming with more than a hundred different herbs and grasses and drink from the crystal clear spring water. Some of the pasture grass is dried in the summer so that the cows can eat this hay in the winter months. This pure and lush nutrition contributes to the rich milk flavor of this luxury chocolate, and you can taste it!
