The Almond Rocks are a variation of our famous peanut brittle and we got the inspiration for this chocolate creation from pastry chefs in Barcelona! As the name suggests, the Almond Rosettes contain almonds and one other surprising ingredient. We roast the almonds ourselves in our chocolaterie in Tilburg to bring out the best almond flavor. Then the almonds and candied orange pieces from Valencia are coated with the dark chocolate Sao Palme 68%. Due to the use of dark chocolate, the Almond Rocks are Vegan.
Candied oranges
The pieces of candied oranges used in the Almond Rocks come from Cruzilles based in the south of France. They have been making fruit candies for more than 140 years, and those years of experience can be tasted in their products. The oranges they use for their different varieties of candied oranges come from the Valencia area. The dark chocolate combined with the slightly bitter candied orange pieces and the round taste of the nuts create a true taste sensation.
